🚫 Negative or disrespectful comments will result in a warning or removal from the group.
🚫 Avoid profanity — Facebook's system may flag it, which could lead to removal.

📦 All items are brand new and will be shipped — unless you're local to the Dallas area, in which case pickup can be arranged.

💻 How Webinars Work

Here’s a quick rundown of how our webinars and item giveaways are handled:

🎥 Before the Webinar

  • A pre-recorded video will determine the winner of the FREE seat for the upcoming webinar.

  • After the webinar ends and a winner is chosen Live, we’ll post that pre-recorded video in our Live group for transparency.

📣 When a Teaser Is Posted

  • If you’re interested in playing, simply click LIKE on the teaser post.

  • We’ll tag your name when the board goes live so you’ll be notified.

🎯 Picking Seats

  • Choose your seat on the MAIN thread only — do NOT reply to comments with seat numbers, as FB can hide replies.

  • We’ll tell you if the item is FREE or Not Free:

    • If FREE: You’re good to go!

    • If Not Free: Please send your donation for the amount listed as soon as you know, to avoid delays.

🚫 Important Rules

  • NO replying to comments with seat numbers — always post on the Main thread.

  • NO edited comments — we don’t constantly refresh, and edits can cause confusion.

  • NO deleting comments — it disrupts tracking and confuses other players.

  • Avoid using words like "Gun," "Guns," or "Firearms" — use "Pew Pew" instead to avoid being flagged by Facebook.

🎟️ Mini Drawings

  • If we run a Mini to help fill the Main board, it will also be drawn Live.

  • All drawings are done with a Random Number Generator to keep things fair.

🎉 What Is a Mini?

A Mini is a lower-cost way to win a paid seat on the Main Webinar board. Think of it as a mini drawing for a chance at bigger prizes!

🧾 Example: Mini 1 – Three Winners

  • 💰 $32.50 per seat

  • 🏆 3 Winners total

    • 🥇 1st Place: 2 Paid Main seats

    • 🥈 2nd Place: 2 Paid Main seats

    • 🥉 3rd Place: 1 Paid Main seat

  • 🔁 “Books” are BOGO: Seats 1 & 11 (Call these on the Main thread, not in replies!)

Each winner picks their seats in order drawn. If they find FREE seats while choosing, those are theirs too — it’s a bonus!

⏰ Timing & Deadlines

  • If you claim a Mini seat, please send your donation within 30 minutes of the Mini filling or 30 minutes from the end of the webinar.

  • If someone doesn’t respond and send in their donation, we will offer their seats to another player and remove them from the group.

  • If they sent their donation but didn’t select their Main seat within 30 minutes, we will use Random.org to do so.

📘 Key Definitions for Webinars & Seat Selection

🎓 Webinar

An educational session where you purchase a seat to hear a review of a featured item.
Once all seats are filled, one lucky winner is rewarded with a FREE item — including shipping and taxes.

📋 Main

The primary board for each webinar.
Includes both Full-Priced and FREE seats.

🧩 Mini

A smaller, more affordable entry into the Main board.
Winners of a Mini receive Paid seats on the Main, giving you a chance to win the main item at a lower cost.

📚 Bookends (aka Books)

When available during a webinar:

  • A player may call "Books" to claim the lowest and highest seat number in the Mini (e.g., Seats 1 & 11).

  • You get both seats for the cost of a single seat.

  • Must be called in the Main thread, not in a reply.

✅ Close

Typing "Close" means you're claiming all remaining seats (both Free and Paid) on the board.

🔢 How to Pick Seats

  • Use commas or slashes to select multiple seats:
    5, 8, 12 or 5/8/12

  • Use a hyphen to select a range of seats:
    5-10 means you're picking seats 5 through 10 (inclusive).

  • Use an ending digit to pick a set:
    5's means you want all numbers ending in 5 — e.g., on a 1–40 board: 5, 15, 25, 35.

🎥 How Winners Are Determined

  • ✅ All drawings are done LIVE via video in our sister group:

    (If you're not a member yet, request access — we'll approve you shortly.)

  • 🏆 You do NOT need to be present during the live drawing to win.
    If you're selected, we'll contact you directly.

  • 💵 Please send donations at the time you call your seat on the webinar.
    This helps us run the live drawing on time without delays.

📦 How Shipping Works

  • 🚚 Free shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states via FedEx.

  • 🔐 All firearms or ATF-regulated items must be shipped to an FFL dealer.

    • We comply fully with all federal laws.
